■ The rights of users and legal representatives and the method of exercising the rights

Users as a personal information entity are entitled to exercise the following rights:
- Request of opening personal information / Request of correcting any errors, etc. /Request of deletion /Request of stopping process
- It is possible to exercise the rights prescribed in paragraph 1 by making a request in writing, or by e-mail or FAX in accordance with “Notification of Personal Information Handling Method (Notification No. 2020-7 of Personal Information Protection Committee, Aug. 11, 2020)”, and the company handles the request immediately.
- If an information entity requests personal information to be deleted or corrected, the company neither uses nor offers the personal information until it is corrected or deleted.
- The rights prescribed in paragraph 1 can be exercised by a legal representative or a person who has power of attorney. In this case, it is required to submit the power of attorney written in accordance with Enforcement Regulation Attachment No. 11 of Personal Information Protection Act.

The company does not cookies, etc. to save and find your information at any time.
A cookie is a tiny text file that the website server sends to your browser and is saved in your computer hard disk.
The company does not use such a file.
