Aluminum extrusion
As the manufacturing method most widely used in diverse industries, it is one of the most efficient processes for mass production and costs low. By pushing a material in a mold and extruding it, it is possible to generate a variety of shapes, such as a round with 10-800mm in width, or a square tube, and to produce an aluminum profile with the complicated cross section.

Plastic extrusion
In this process, by pushing a variety of heat materials (plastic resins like ABS, PC, and PMMA) in molds, it is possible to make proper shapes. It is suitable for molding a product whose cross section shape is consistent in the length direction.
ex. Light PC diffuser plate, light cover, outer case
Plating/Process processing
This process uses metal plates. Cutting, bending, press, and welding are applied.
ex. Press heat sink, stacking heat sink, various kinds of cases
CNC processing
This process has a universal and precise method of processing most metals. Plastics is allowed as a material. By cutting a material with a machine, it is possible to make a proper shape.
ex. Machining center, milling, lathe, drilling
Mold Injection
This process is the most general technique to mass-produce at least 1,000 plastic products. After a mold is filled with melt plastic resin and is hardened quickly, it is taken out. Although the initial cost is high, the mass-production cost is low.
Casting (Die casting)
This is the process of melting metals, such as iron, aluminum, and alloys (aluminum zinc, magnesium), pouring the melt liquid in a mold (or cast), and hardening it. It is suitable for making crafted or complicated parts.
Mockup making
Through 3D printing, we provide the service of making mockup items. In this process, plastic is mainly used as a material. It is suitable for making a small amount of products without molding work.
